　　 Incorporated in December, 2000, Beijing Redflag Chinese 2000 Software Co., Ltd. (Redflag 2000) is a high-tech software enterprise affiliated to China Academy of Sciences. Its registered capital is RMB 10 million; the main shareholders are China Digital Group and Software Research Institute of China Academy of Sciences.
　　Redflag 2000 has always been sticking to self-innovation principle, and put at a high position input to technology R&D and the building of technical team. Redflag 2000 is the first Chinese enterprise devoted itself to OpenOffice.org open source codes’ research. The company has an innovative national first class research and development team. Its main technicians are from China Academy of Sciences. Redflag 2000 is in the List of China Software Self Innovative Enterprises. The company is China’s first office software provider passing the highest grade’s certification by China Software Test Center, the first office software provider passing through the state Grade GB18030A+ certification, and the first office software provider launching Windows and Linux operation systems-based crossing platforms as well. 　　The RedOffice series developed independently by Redflag 2000 are China’s first crossing-platforms office software, with the functions of word processing, electronic sheets, domo manuscript, drawing tools, network page compilation, databases, etc.. According to the characteristics of e-governance office work, RedOffice Software invented application interfaces proper for system integration. The application interfaces can be perfectly inlaid into different types of e-governance systems, so as to meet various types of governmental office work. Redflag 2000 is the first one in China to propose the innovation path integrating office software and the requirements of China’s e-governance together, thus breaking the queer circle of domestic office software imitating simply Microsoft Office.
